Excellent Experience
My experience with Neil at Focal PT has been excellent! Neil is patient and compassionate -he’s very knowledgeable and truly cares! Everyone at the facility is friendly and welcoming. He is very mindful of what is realistic with the upkeep of PT exercises at home and tailors it such that I can successfully achieve my end goal.

Cozy Environment
The environment is cozy and the therapists are professional, kind, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. I am truly thankful to Neil Chernick, Chris Coppolecchia, and JJ for helping me make a full recovery from a radial head fracture. Staff are Amazing
Neil Chernick and his entire staff are amazing. I would highly recommend Focal to anyone. I especially like the atmosphere. Neil is not only an outstanding PT (and I’ve had many), but he is kind and caring as well. I’ve worked with several therapist in his office, and they all are outstanding too, so don’t worry if Neil isn’t personally available. You’ll be in fine hands!

I am a strong believer in the benefits of physical therapy
Neil Chernick and Focal Therapy in Armonk meet every requirement that I think is important for the rehabilitation process. The office is efficient, professional and accommodating to my schedule. Goals and exercises are modified based on your progress. Neil is continually reassessing your status, and building flexibility and strength gradually. He is always positive, supportive of your efforts, and you feel that you are working together as a team to achieve the best function possible. I recommend this facility and its staff without reservation.

Working with people at Focal is great
Working with the people at Focal, mostly Neil and sometimes Chris, has been great.I came to them with a persistent, painful neck problem which I worried I would have to live with forever. In just a few weeks, I was well along the road to recovery. The care was both professional and empathetic and the facility was cheerful and clean.They listened intently to my concerns and always weighed in with helpful suggestions, explanations and background information. I particularly appreciated the coaching they gave me about at home therapeutic exercise. I heartily agree with all of the other positive reviews!

Given me amazing results
Neil Chernick has given me amazing results in relieving pain in both shoulders and adding range of movement. He has also performed wonders in alleviating back pain and getting me back to walk up stairs without difficulties. In addition to hands on intensive treatment he has provided me with a personalized home program to maintain the progress I have made.
Neil is an excellent therapist who is a patient listener and asks the pertinent questions to get to the root of your problems.
