Neil is a cum laude graduate of Ithaca College, where he received both his Bachelors (Clinical Science) and Masters (Physical Therapy) degrees. Over the course of his career, Neil has achieved certifications in several specialty areas. Neil is board certified in Orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Association.

He is certified in the McKenzie Method for diagnosis and treatment of the lumbar, cervical, and thoracic spine. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.Neil’s favorite aspect of being a physical therapist is the ability every day to improve someone’s life.

Chris Coppolecchia - PT, DPT, TPI, Owner

Chris graduated Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has extensive experience treating patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions, with a special interest in the spine and shoulder.

While at Quinnipiac University, Chris played four years of Division 1 Lacrosse, and was named captain his senior year. In 2015, he was drafted by the New York Lizards of Major League Lacrosse. Chris enjoys helping other athletes recover from injuries or improve their performance through physical therapy.

Michele Berliner - MSPT, CLT

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Movement Science, Michele received her Masters in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2000. She began her career at the RUSK Institute at NYU Langone Health where she became a Certified Breast Cancer Rehab/Lymphedema Specialist before she joined the ACCESS PT team in 2010.

Michele loves working in all aspects of Outpatient Physical Therapy and often splits her time between Orthopedic/Sports Injuries and Breast Cancer Rehab/Lymphedema. Michele is extremely passionate about health and wellness and uses her positive outlook to motivate her patients to achieve their goals.

Steven D’Ambroso - PT, DPT

My name is Steven D’Ambroso and I have been a Physical Therapist since 2012 when I graduated from Mercy College’s Physical Therapy program with my Doctorate degree. A student of the martial arts for over 18 years, I have always been passionate about mind-body health and wellness and continue to weightlift and exercise regularly. Early on in my career I became an adjunct teacher for my Alma-Mater (Mercy University) and have been assisting them in modalities, bio-physical agents, and orthopedic based classes ever since. I am not only a clinician but have managerial experience for over 10 years as well. I have mentored many novice clinicians and I continue to do so. As a clinician I am comfortable treating an array of conditions and all patient populations. Some of my specialties consist of treatment of the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, concussion, vestibular, headaches and jaw.

On a more personal level, I am married to my wife Mayra and have been blessed with becoming a father to our daughter, Madison Grace, who was born in 2020.

Annmarie Graziosa graduated with high honors from LaGuardia Community College with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Prior to that, she received her BS from Springfield College in Sports Biology and a Pre-Med Minor in Biology. She has clinical experience in orthopedics, post operative rehabilitation, geriatrics, and post-Covid rehab.

She enjoys treating a diverse patient population, especially gymnasts and dancers. She was a Division 3 collegiate gymnast, and has hosted dance events to promote injury prevention for dancers of all ages and styles.
