Alexis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating from Dominican University New York in 2026. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Mercy University in 2016.

Alexis is passionate about helping people from all walks of life move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love. An avid CrossFitter, she has a personal appreciation for movement and strength and enjoys motivating and challenging her patients to become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
