With my experience as a Focal Physical Therapy Aide and being in school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, I bring both an enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach for performance and injury prevention.

10+ years of football experience on both sides of the ball. As a player for Port Chester High School, I was recruited to play at Anna Maria College. Although I have found a new love as a coach for The Glenville Mavericks youth football team, I also still love getting in on the action with my 7v7 flag football team in the Fall.

During my downtime, I love to go on runs with my little brother, lift with my dad, and help my mom cook. Whenever I am not home, you can catch me in an adult sports league playing anything from flag football to softball to volleyball.
