With over a decade of Sports Training and Personal Training experience – training over a thousand local clients of all ages – I’m excited to bring my passion to the Focal family! Passionate about basketball from an early age (over 1,000 points scored at Byram Hills High School, recruited to play college basketball at Trinity) I continued to keep basketball close to me as a coach at Byram Hills and now as coach and lead trainer with the Junior Bobcats youth program.

When not working. I love reading historical fiction – and traveling to the places I’ve read about. Snowboarding in the winter, swimming in the summer (every day!). I go with what Mother Nature throws at me 🙂

Now as a Personal Trainer with Focal PT, with a scientific and holistic approach, we’ll explore: diet, exercise and stress reduction techniques to make your journey fun and sustainable. I know what it’s like…when you just can’t get that injury to heal, when you’re on the sideline for your team, when it just hurts!
