Steven received his doctorate of physical therapy from New York Medical College in 2025. He holds certification as a board-certified strength and conditioning specialist and has a keen interest in all facets of fitness, particularly weightlifting and running.

In 2021, Steven earned a Bachelor of Science from CUNY Lehman in Exercise Science. He has extensive experience in promoting health and wellness across diverse populations. For over four years, Steven has led an exercise program at GiGi’s Playhouse for toddlers and teens with Down syndrome.

Steven is a passionate advocate for fitness for all, driven by his personal journey of overcoming obesity as a teenager and debilitating injuries.
